Land Allocation
Following the foundation, land allocation ensures the organized placement of various site components. This
phase involves multiple critical tasks:
- Site Survey: A detailed survey identifies key areas for development, analyzing the
topography, boundaries, and other land features.
- Engineering Drawings: Precise engineering drawings guide the construction process, ensuring
accuracy in layout and structural integrity.
- Site Leveling: The land is leveled to provide a stable foundation for construction,
optimizing the surface for buildings and infrastructure.
- Soil Testing: Soil tests determine the land's suitability for construction, ensuring that

Chandrapur - Civil Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Chandrapur, we took on the responsibility of developing the site infrastructure from the ground up,
focusing on civil works that would lay a strong foundation for the facility’s operations.
- Land Leveling: The site was carefully leveled to prepare for further construction
activities, ensuring stability and precision.
- Column Construction: We handled the excavation, column footing concrete, and column
casting to establish a robust support system for the infrastructure.
- Cable Trench Construction: Created an organized and secure cable trench network for
routing electrical cables.
- Shed Construction: Developed a shed structure to provide shelter and operational
space for electric vehicle activities.
- PSS, CSS, RMU Foundations: Constructed solid foundations for the Power Supply
System (PSS), Compact Substation (CSS), and Ring Main Unit (RMU), ensuring stability for the
electrical installations.
- Admin Building: Built the administrative building, which will house essential
management and operational teams.
- Workshop Construction: Developed the workshop, which will support the maintenance
and repairs of electric buses.
- Septic Tank: Installed a septic tank for effective waste management.
- Overhead Water Tank (Upcoming): Ongoing work for the installation of an overhead
water tank to provide a consistent water supply to the facility.
- Service Road and Paver Blocks: Constructed a service road and installed paver
blocks for smooth internal transportation and operational efficiency.

Bhandara - Civil Infrastructure Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Bhandara, we managed a comprehensive civil infrastructure project across two separate stations,
ensuring robust construction to support electric vehicle operations.
- Land Leveling:We began by leveling the land to create a stable foundation for both
stations.
- Column Footing and Casting: Our team worked on excavation and column footing,
followed by column casting, ensuring the structural stability of the site.
- Cable Trench Installation: A detailed cable trench system was implemented to manage
all electrical connections safely.
- Shed Construction: We constructed sheds at both stations to provide protected
spaces for vehicle operations.
- Foundation for PSS, CSS, RMU:We established the necessary foundations for the Power
Supply System (PSS), Compact Substation (CSS), and Ring Main Unit (RMU).
- Administrative Building (Station 1):Built the admin building at Station 1, which
will manage the operations for the site.
- Septic Tank Installation: A septic tank was installed for proper waste management.
- Overhead Water Tank (Upcoming):The installation of an overhead water tank is
ongoing to secure the site's water supply.
- Service Road and Paving:Constructed a service road and installed paver blocks to
improve site access and facilitate movement.
Charger Installations:
- Station 1:Equipped with 9 chargers to support electric vehicle operations.
- Station 2:Installed 8 chargers, expanding the site’s capacity for charging and
facilitating efficient fleet management.

Solapur - Ongoing Civil Infrastructure Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Solapur, we are currently working on an ongoing civil development project to build the necessary
infrastructure for a future electric vehicle (EV) charging depot.
- Land Leveling and Excavation:The site is undergoing land leveling and excavation to
lay the groundwork for upcoming construction.
- Column Erection: We have started the erection of 5 columns, which will form the
core structural framework for the charging infrastructure.
- Charging Shed and Platform Construction:Ongoing work includes the construction of a
charging shed and platform, designed to house the charging stations once completed.
- Cable Trench Installation:A cable trench is being laid for the proper management of
electrical cables, ensuring safety and efficiency in future operations.
- Entry and Exit Road Construction:We are in the process of building entry and exit
roads, which will facilitate the movement of vehicles within the depot.
- Boundary Wall Fencing:Work on fencing for the boundary wall is underway to secure
the perimeter of the site.
- GSB Wetmix:GSB wetmix is being applied to the roadways, providing a solid
foundation for vehicle movement.
- Ground Leveling and M-Sand Blocks:Final ground leveling and the laying of M-sand
power blocks are being completed for the platform and cable trench areas.
This project is progressing steadily, with each phase bringing us closer to creating a fully functional
EV depot that will enhance Solapur's electric vehicle infrastructure.

Our Electrical Development services include comprehensive installation and setup of critical electrical
infrastructure for energy distribution and EV charging stations. Below are the key activities involved in our
process:
Key Electrical Development Activities
- RMU Installation: Placement of the Ring Main Unit (RMU) at its foundation, ensuring safe
energy distribution.
- HT Cable to RMU: Laying High Tension (HT) cables to connect the RMU for efficient power
transmission.
- HT Wire Laying: Laying HT wires to ensure secure and stable energy flow from the power
source to distribution points.
- Placement of Power Equipment: Proper placement of RMUs and Compact Substations (CSS) for
optimal operation.
- Charger Erection: Erecting and setting up EV chargers to provide charging solutions for
electric vehicles.
- ACDB Erection: Installation of AC Distribution Boards (ACDB) to control and distribute
power across different areas.
- Digging & Trenching: Excavating trenches for cable laying, ensuring protection and safe
routing of electrical cables.
- Chemical Earthing: Installation of chemical earthing systems, using GI copper rods as
required to ensure proper grounding.
- HT Cable Termination at RMU: Terminating HT cables at the RMU for secure electrical
connections.
- HT Cable Termination at Meter Room: Properly terminating HT cables at the meter room for
accurate energy measurement.
- CSS Cable Termination: Securely connecting cables to the Compact Substation (CSS) for
efficient power distribution.
- Light Setup & Wiring: Installation and wiring of lights across the facility, including
admin buildings and other areas.
- Final Testing and Commissioning: After completing all installations, our team conducts
thorough testing and commissioning to ensure that all systems are working optimally, adhering to safety
standards, and meeting performance expectations.
Our Electrical Development Projects
Chandarpur - Electrical Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Chandrapur, our team efficiently handled the electrical installations, ensuring that the site is
equipped with reliable and high-performing equipment to support electric vehicle operations.
- Charger Installations:We successfully installed 11 DC chargers, each with a
capacity of 180 kW, to facilitate fast and efficient charging for electric buses.
- AC Distribution Boards (ACDB):A total of 17 ACDB units were set up to manage the
distribution of power effectively across the site.
- Power Supply Systems (PSS): 2 PSS units were installed to ensure a stable and
continuous power supply for the entire facility.
- Ring Main Unit (RMU):We installed 1 RMU to enhance the electrical system's
reliability and safety.
This comprehensive electrical setup strengthens the site’s ability to support sustainable
transportation and efficient energy management.
Solapur - Electrical Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Solapur, our team carried out the electrical installations necessary to support efficient EV
charging operations at the site. This includes robust infrastructure for stable and secure power
distribution.
- Transformer Installation:We installed a 500 kVA transformer to ensure a stable and
efficient power supply across the facility.
- Charger Installations:3 DC chargers, each with a capacity of 180 kW, were set up to
provide fast charging for electric vehicles.
- Electrical Path:From the Metering Room to RMU, and from RMU to Transformer,
ensuring a smooth and secure electrical flow across the system.
- ACDB Installation:AC Distribution Boards were installed to manage and distribute
power effectively to the chargers.
This setup ensures the Solapur site can handle its EV charging requirements efficiently, contributing
to the region's sustainable transportation network.
Burari (Depot 1 and 2) - Electrical Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Burari, we carried out extensive electrical development work across both Depot 1 and Depot 2 to
strengthen the EV charging infrastructure for electric buses.
- Charger Installations:In Depot 1, we installed 19 chargers, while in Depot 2, we
set up 20 chargers, each designed for efficient charging of electric vehicles.
- Charging Platforms:Constructed charging platforms in both depots to support the
installation of EV chargers.
- ACDB Installation:Installed AC Distribution Boards (ACDB) at both depots to ensure
proper power distribution to all charging points.
- Low Tension (LT) Work:Performed LT electrical work to establish secure and
efficient electrical connections across both depots.
- Shed Installation:Installed protective sheds over the charging areas to safeguard
the infrastructure and ensure smooth operations during charging.
- Cable Laying & Thimble Installation:Carried out detailed cable laying, ensuring
organized and secure electrical routing, along with the installation of thimble connections for safe
electrical terminations.
- Earthing & Lightning Arrestor Installation:Implemented earthing systems and
installed lightning arrestors to enhance safety and protect the infrastructure from potential
electrical surges.
This electrical development significantly boosts the capacity and operational efficiency of Burari’s EV
charging facilities, furthering the region’s adoption of sustainable transportation solutions.
Rohini - Electrical Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
In Rohini, we focused on enhancing the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure through the
installation of essential facilities.
- Shed Installation: Constructed protective sheds to provide cover for the charging
stations, ensuring that EV chargers are safeguarded from weather elements and remain operational at
all times.
- Charger Installation: Installed multiple EV chargers designed for efficient and
rapid charging of electric buses, supporting the region’s transition to sustainable transport
solutions.

Surat - Electrical Development
Location: Maharashtra, India
Our team has successfully executed electrical development projects across three key locations in Surat:
Pal, Bhestan 1, and Bhestan 2, significantly enhancing the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure

Civil Work in Delhi: Nizamabad, Karimnagar, and Berhampur
Location: Delhi, India
Our team undertook comprehensive civil work at three key locations in Delhi—Nizamabad, Karimnagar, and
Berhampur—to support the installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and related infrastructure.
Nizamabad
- Charger Installations: We installed 14 chargers to meet the growing demand for EV
charging.
- HT Site Termination: Executed High Tension (HT) site termination, ensuring stable
power distribution.
- BCV: We managed the installation of Busbar Conductor Vessels (BCV) for effective
power management.
- Platform Making: Developed robust platforms to support the heavy-duty EV chargers
