Hylif is committed to revolutionizing the way electric vehicles are charged through our public domain EV charging services. Our network of charging stations is designed to provide widespread access, innovative technology, and unparalleled convenience for electric vehicle owners across the country.
We initiate the project by carefully marking and laying out the foundation for the shed columns. The site is cleared of debris, and earthwork excavation is carried out using rock breakers, ensuring precision in hard rock/concrete areas. The debris is then loaded, removed, and properly disposed of, preparing the ground for the next stage.
This stage involves laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) for a solid foundation. We provide and position PCC for the column footings, followed by raft casting. The strong foundation ensures the structural integrity of the shed columns.
The next step includes binding TMT steel and shuttering, followed by curing and compacting the cast. Dewatering is carried out when necessary, ensuring durability. We use Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) of various grades, customized to the project’s needs.
Post column casting, we reinforce the shed’s excavation area by laying Cement Concrete in the RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structure at all levels—be it the foundation, substructure, or superstructure. This ensures a durable and stable base for the facility.
Our team constructs robust platform walls using first-class burnt bricks with a thickness of 230 mm and above, cemented with a mix ratio of 1:6. This solid masonry work forms the base for the EV charging platform, ensuring longevity and reliability.
In this phase, we supply and install MS (Mild Steel) structures for supporting chargers and ACDB (AC Distribution Boards). Reinforcement steel is cut, shaped, and fixed in position with precision to accommodate the equipment's weight and operational demands.
We install earth strips and pits using a 3-meter copper rod, chemically buried in the ground. This ensures a safe and effective earthing system, critical for protecting the electrical infrastructure from faults and maintaining operational safety.
Incoming cables are laid underground with secure tagging and protection measures in place. Trench reform work is carried out with reinforced cement concrete (RCC) to ensure the safe routing of cables and protection against wear and tear.
Our team safely unloads and installs critical components such as Compact Substations (CSS), chargers, and ACDB units. Each installation follows stringent safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Cable and CAN wire termination is performed meticulously at both the chargers and ACDB, ensuring all electrical connections are safely secured and operational.
We handle the unloading, installation, and cable termination for Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB) and Ring Main Units (RMU). These installations are carried out with the utmost attention to safety, ensuring proper electrical flow and system integrity.
High-tension (HT) termination is carried out using brass double compression glands and crimping type tinned copper lugs. We utilize termination kits for touch-proof safety, ensuring secure connections for XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cables.
This stage involves filling areas with sand, completing PCC work at the platform level, and ensuring proper surface dressing. This step creates a stable and level surface for subsequent installations.
For added safety and operational control, we construct wheel stoppers using RCC and reinforcement steel. These stoppers are designed to support the safe parking of EVs during charging.
We provide and lay high-quality concrete paver blocks of 80mm thickness, fitted with precision and graded to meet customer specifications. This enhances the durability and usability of the platform area.
To give the platform area a professional and aesthetically pleasing finish, we apply wall putty and paint as per client specifications. Epoxy floor paint is used for park markings, ensuring durability and clarity.
We install durable Galvalume sheets, 0.50mm thick, for roofing and cladding the charging platform. Additionally, we assemble and install the necessary lighting to ensure operational safety, even in low-light conditions.
We prioritize safety at all stages by installing essential equipment such as fire extinguishers, sand buckets, rubber insulation mats, lightning arresters, and electrical safety signboards. All installations comply with EV Charging Station Guidelines, ensuring the highest safety standards are met.
Finalization of the entire site setup, including inspection of all structures, equipment, and safety installations to ensure the site is fully operational and ready for use. This marks the handover stage, where the site is reviewed to meet quality and safety standards, ensuring it is customer-ready.
